Join the movement to make college a reality for our first generation students at Newton North High School. To date, we have had 100% of our mentees, over 176 students, accepted into college.

T2 relies on donations in order to continue to run, and no donation is too big or small! We ask that you consider giving any amount of your choice.

Become a Mentor

Have you just been through the college application process with your own children and would like to share all the knowledge that you learned? Become a mentor for a student and family without any experience with the college admission process through the Transitioning Together (T2) program, which has been transforming lives since 2013!
